Parishioners volunteered all the lay members of the Council in 2001.
One third of the members may retire after 3 years to make way for the election of new members
The Council meets on the second Monday of each calendar month except in August.
The minutes of each meeting are displayed in the church porch for all parishioners to read and comment on if so desired.
The Parish Annual General Meeting is on the date of the October Council meeting. This is an open meeting for parishioners and reports are presented on the work of the Council, the balance sheet for the Parish accounts and reports from the different societies and groups within the parish on their progress and events during the previous twelve months
